In recent years the dream of medical diagnostics at home environment settings has become feasible due to recent technology advances in machine learning techniques, and seamless computational efficient and miniature sensors with more reliable connectivity.

The main focus of the lab is to exploit existing  daily life resources like smart watch, tablet, video camera, and wi-fi radiation, to extract features that can be used for continuous monitoring of medical condition, and assist in medical diagnostics, and in optimization of treatment plan.

Main research projects in the lab are:

-   Continuous evaluation of neurological diseases severity at home         environment settings using different sensing modalities

-   Automatic ADHD and Autism assessment at home settings

-   Personality characterization from daily life accessories usage

-   Optimization of medical treatment using AI

-   Design of AI based treatment plan for cancer treatment

-   Infectious diseases diagnostics with AI (Covid-19)

Additional projects

-   Explore Creativity processes in art and sciences

-   Brain inspired AI

Team

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

The lab team is devoted to try to assist to enhance healthcare quality by new technologies in sensing and diagnosis to make the world a better place
